Dr Sarah Sheckels McElroy
Dr Sarah McElroy has wanted to be a veterinarian since she was in elementary school. After graduating from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine, she moved to Rhode Island for an internship at Ocean State Veterinary Specialists. After working in emergency medicine and relief work for a few years, she decided that night shifts were not for her.
Dr. McElroy has worked full time at Greenwich Valley Veterinary Clinic since 2010, treating mostly dogs and cats, and the occasional pocket pet and exotic animal. In her free time she enjoys gardening, fishing, and hiking. She lives with two dogs, both rescue pets!
Dr Ted White

Dr. White graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1990 and Kansas State Veterinary School in 2003. He has worked as a small animal veterinarian since that time; his interests include general medicine and canine reproduction.
He lives in South Kingstown with his wife, Lisa, his children, Sam, Sophie, and Ben, and his two dogs, Lou and Indy.
In his “spare time”, Ted chauffeurs his children to their various activities.
